Marmite began her limited show career in the U.S. at the age of 6 months and a few days old when she won back to back Best of Winners awards and overnight a Princess was born! Marmite, at 8 months of ages went Winners Bitch at the Mid Florida Dalmatian Specialty under Breeder Judge Mary Miller. She finished her American Championship with back to back majors at show with large entries.

In the States she is a multiple Best of Breed Winner and Group Placer. The highlight of her career for me was winning the Brood Bitch Class at the 2003 DCA National Specialty. What a honor and what a wonderful win under a breeder judge.

Marmite then set her sights on Canada. Marmite acheived her Canadian Championship in 2003 and after only two weeks of showing, ended the year ranked No. 8 Dalmatian in Canada! While there she also achieved Multiple Best of Breeds & Group Placements and a Group 1. In 2004 we where delighted to be an invitee and participant in the Dalmatian Club of Canada's Top Twenty Event. She and Kelly both had a blast at the Top Twenty Competition, and I was so proud to see Marmite in the ring again. After her summer in Canada in 2003, Miss Marmite stepped down from the spot light so that her son Picasso could have his turn in the show ring.
